Every room and large balcony face beach and gulf
Your Living room is only 10 feet above the beach and with floor to ceiling glass walls
you can almost feel the sand between your toes.This condo boasts a 40 foot balcony with doors to
the bedrooms and livingroom.The bedrooms and living room all have their
own phones and cableTV.The bathrooms have marble double sinks.The master bedroom has a king size
bed and custom walk in six foot shower. The guest bath has a custom tub so take your pick.The
guest bedroom has two queen size beds. A queensize sofa sleeper is in the livingroom.
Of course the condo also has a washer and dryer and dish washer and an icemaker.
You are on the first floor so the two high speed elevators whisk you to and from the unit when you come
and go.It's hard to leave the condo it's so nice but so are the beach and the
three pools and hot tubs .Come stay at this comfortable upscale condo at Longbeach Towers # 3
We have even provided you with your own high speed internet connection.Don't forget to bring your
own cat 5 hi speed cable for your lap top ethernet card connection..We are one of the few to
provide this service.
Long Beach Resort is a gate guarded complex with four condominium Towers.
Each Tower is located directly on the beach in a thirteen-acre vacation complex with
beautifully landscaped grounds and lots of parking(two spaces per unit) . This
includes permission to park RVs,boats and skidoos.Longbeach Towers
Resort features 1300-feet of private beach offering sugar white
beaches and crystal clear gulf waters. The on-site amenities include
a private beach service which offers rentals of jet skis, parasailing,
sailboats, umbrellas and chairs.Two all weather Tennis courts are on site.
Enjoy the 6,800 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, palm tree islands,and a snack bar.
Two heated Polynesian pools, and three whirlpool spas are also available.
Stay at this luxury condo at the Long Beach Resort and you can enjoy your
vacation without everleaving the resort.But Panama city offers lots of
entertainment and restaurants so you might want to go see the sights anyway.
We do .Come stay and enjoy the prettiest beach and emerald green water in
the USA. The water stays comfortable into october.Longbeach condos are located
in the heart of the beach activities at 10515 Front Beach Road just west of
Thomas Drive(the closest intersection).A huge walmart supercenter is almost
just across the street from the condo which is really convienient.
This first floor unit is located in Tower3 # 103.
PRICES:(These are owner discounted and include tax
and cleaning)
Please send a $200.00 deposit as soon as your desired date is confirmed .The
deposit is for possible damages and is in addition to the rental. This deposit
will be returned after unit is inspected if not needed for repairs.In
the event the rental is cancelled and we are unable to rent the unit,
the deposit will be forfeited.

Please Note:
A one time cleaning fee of $80.00 is added to the total cost if stay is less than a week.
One occupant must be 25 years of age.No exceptions it's condo policy.
Check out time is 10:00 AM ...Checkin after 4 PM (normally sooner)
